Shake Your Booties

Fall is sneaking up on us quickly, and one thing that’s on my radar for the season (other than navy/black & leather/lace), is booties. I bought a few black pairs last year, and I never got around to adding tan or brown to my closet, so I made sure to pick up a brown pair already this year, in preparation for the coming autumn.
Lord & Taylor is running great sales right now, which is where I got the above Dolce Vita shoes. I couldn’t decide whether I wanted to go with leather or suede, and these are a mix of the two, so it was a no-brainer. (If you grab a pair as well, note that they run a little big. I usually wear a 7.5, and I got a 7). They’re also only around $40 after the sale – how can you say no?! (Buy them here).

I’ve been wearing mine with ripped denim shorts while the weather is still hot, but I can’t wait to pair them with skinny jeans and a big comfy sweater when it starts to get a bit cooler. (I’m also looking to add a nude pair to my collection – I love the Nine West ones)!
