NYC Guide: Egg Shop

I just tried out Egg Shop in Nolita this weekend, and it’s phenomenal. Every dish (as you may have guessed) is made with eggs, and it’s absolutely delicious. They have a quaint little restaurant and bar on Elizabeth Street, which fills up quickly, so make sure you get there a bit early! It’s worth the wait.

We went for dinner, and I ordered the Egg Shop Bap (below), which was amazing – basically a salad with beef or chicken, and an egg of course, with a bit of an Asian-fusion kick to it. I plan on going again for brunch ASAP! Definitely try this place out..you can view their full menu here.
