Current Wishlist: Summer Staples

Having a closet that you can consistently rotate to make new outfits is my favorite type of wardrobe. All of these neutral pieces are great additions to a summer lineup, and they can all be mixed and matched (with themselves and with lots of other items as well). I got these denim shorts the other day, and they’re really comfortable and a perfect length. (They’re regular – not maternity. I just went up a few sizes and they still fit great – in case you have a baby belly as well). They’re also currently on sale for only $39. I got this panama hat for our Greece trip next month, and I’ve already worn it a few times..a bit nicer than throwing on my usual baseball hat at the beach! On sale for $36. This linen t-shirt is a good go-to for all year round, especially in warmer months. Super comfy, and the linen material looks a bit dressier than throwing on just a regular t-shirt. I’ve had this denim jacket for years, and I wear it all year-round. In the summertime, I always put it on over light summer dresses, like this white dress. (You can never go wrong with having one staple white dress in your closet..or a few! Same goes for black). This straw clutch is cute for casual nights out or even a summer wedding. Under $60. I love these leopard sandals! Such a fun pop for a neutral outfit. They also come in a few other solid colors. Plain black sunglasses never go out of style, and these are currently 30% off. This cami is another item that I wear all year-round. Great for layering and also perfect for tossing over denim shorts on a casual day. This black crossbody bag is a serious steal! It’s under $28 and also comes in a pretty olive color.
