Columbus Day Sales

As if I need any more reasons to shop, lots of stores are running sales this weekend (and through tomorrow) for Columbus Day. Thank god I have to work, otherwise I’d be running around the city all day spending hours in dressing rooms – and even more hours apologizing to my bank account.
However, I just gave my closet a bit of a cleansing and donated a lot of items to charity, so I’m allowing myself to grab a few new pieces. Check out the sales (and items) that I currently have on my radar:
With a sale like this, it’s a great time to snag some expensive items, like their coats. I really like this one – the elbow patches are adorable! The accessories on sale are also super cheap, especially after the 40% off! This striped makeup pouch is really cute.
Lord & Taylor always has a really large shoe selection, and I’m in desperate need of a new pair of riding boots. I am loving these from Cole Haan! I’ve actually never owned a black pair, so I’m leaning toward black over brown. This pair from Nine West is also nice.
They have lots of great button-downs that look super comfortable, like the plaid ones above. (And some comfy sweatshirts, as well)! See some of my favorite plaid items here.
