A Night with Young & Able

I attended a fashion and designer event thrown by Young and Able tonight at The Carlton Hotel, and it was great. Multiple emerging fashion companies were featured, there were drinks and appetizers, and the designers were there in person for meet-and-greets.
The event was a wonderful opportunity to be introduced to new (and local) companies, who focus on the most current and up-coming trends. My friend Lauren and I shopped around for a bit, enjoyed looking at some pieces, and met with some of the designers.

This designer’s outfit was amazing. Those SHOES! We also loved her shirt.
I will regret for the next month that I didn’t ask her who makes her shoes.

Great skirt! Love it paired with a cropped leather jacket. (Note to self: Buy leather jacket).
(Note to self: Don’t buy leather jacket. Borrow Lauren’s).
And..who doesn’t love a goodie bag at the end of the night? It was a great fashion event overall – very excited I was able to attend – and do some networking!
